Servant Leaders
Boots to Cyber, a SDVOSB created by and for Veterans, is led by a team of Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps veterans with over 100 years of combined IT and cybersecurity expertise. Our mission is to hire experienced veterans trained by the United States Government (USG) to thrive in diverse, dynamic, and high-stakes environments and build upon this expertise with cybersecurity training and redeploy as Cyber Warriors.
Our Mission
Train and redeploy USG Veterans as Cyber Warriors to continue to defend our Nation.
Our goal is to establish long-term relationships, serve as cybersecurity warriors, and harden businesses to withstand attacks from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Boots to Cyber provides CyberSecurity as a Service (CSaaS) to assess the security posture of public and private organizations, implement based on specific security needs, then execute and manage security processes to enable organizations to focus on their primary mission.

Chimeria is a cybersecurity enthusiast with a diverse background in tech, military, homeschooling, and customer success. She’s skilled in problem-solving, project management, and team building. Chimeria is dedicated to continuous learning and empowering others in technology and customer relations.

Chief Information Security Officer
Eric is a recognized leader in building highly resilient and performant solutions with integrated security, privacy, and compliance requirements. He drives cutting-edge solutions that solve customer business problems and engenders confidence, trust, and performance with internal and external teams.
Rob West
Chief Operations Officer
Rob is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT solutions for the federal government, particularly the Navy and Marine Corps. He has held senior roles at Dragos, GuidePoint Security, Forcepoint, Veritas, Veeam Software, Cisco, Dell, and served as a Marine Corps Corporal.
Paul Cummings
Chief Services Officer
Paul is a seasoned IT and Cybersecurity executive with 21 years of experience leading teams, developing strategies, and implementing policies. He has expertise in blue/red teaming, network architecture, and maritime cybersecurity. Paul is also a mentor, researcher, and continuous learner in the field.
Cindy Gaddis
Chief Executive Officer
Cindy Gaddis, a U.S. Army Veteran and co-author, is a seasoned executive with nearly 20 years of experience in winning and managing over $1 billion in federal IT contracts. She is a certified PMP, and a lifetime member of NCMA and AUSA, with expertise in business development, capture, and project management.

Patrick, an Army Veteran and cybersecurity leader with 19 years of experience, holds an MS in CIS-Security and multiple certifications. He mentors veterans, serves on the boards of Boots to Books and WCHI, and is dedicated to developing diverse talent in the cybersecurity industry.

Vice-President
Ken, a Colonel with 30+ years in the US Army, is a strategic leader with expertise in technology, IT management, and executive leadership. He holds an active TS clearance, an Executive MBA, and is passionate about innovation, customer engagement, and employee development.

Kayla, a cybersecurity engineering professional with 15 years of experience, is a visionary leader known for her ability to bring people together and drive innovation. She excels at forming high-performing teams, solving complex problems, and thriving in the face of uncertainty.
